I have great respect for Jeff Gordon at EXIT Assurance Reality.  In 2012, I bought and restored a waterfront house next to me on Knops Pond in Groton Massachusetts. We started the restoration project in March of 2012 and finished in September of 2012. At that time, I asked Jeff to look for tenants and within days, Jeff had a list of potential tenants who were vying to rent the house. Jeff sorted the list and rank-ordered the list and recommended whom he thought would be the best tenants thereby saving me the time and effort of interviewing each of them. That tenant worked out great. About two years later that tenant moved on and Jeff repeated the process. This time it was a young newly married couple who stayed for several years while they saved to buy a house and plan a family. When this lovely couple bought a house of their own, Jeff once again repeated the process, and I had a new tenant who stayed for about two years until he decided to remarry. Now I have a new tenant, who is a now a friend, who wanted to live in a waterfront home. Over the past nine years, Jeff has been a great help and friend in keeping my rental property occupied by great tenants. Thank you so much, Jeff.

We chose Jeff Gordon to be our Buyer’s Agent after interviewing multiple local agents to help us with our Corporate Relocation from Pennsylvania.  Knowing nothing of the area or the local home market, Jeff helped us through the entire process and made a potentially stressful December move into a success for our entire family. With an incredible knowledge of schools, towns, homes, commute times, parks, sports, scenic byways, businesses, utility companies, gardeners, inspectors, pest control experts, cleaners, plumbers, electricians, and anything or anyone else you possibly need to help you make a good decision or make your move easier, Jeff had all of the answers and all of the contacts. With only five days to find a home and make an offer, Jeff helped us to identify our needs and wants, prioritize them, and make a selection that was best for our entire family. Working with us from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM, with a constant positive attitude, he helped us work through many a tough day and many hard decisions. He made us feel as if we were his only priority and made sure we saw the homes we wanted to see, even if he had to convince the Listing Agents to meet us outside “normal” hours, or on their days off. Most amazing of all, his help did not end at closing. As the movers were moving in our furniture, Jeff was there asking what he could do to help.  After moving into my new and smaller house, I realized I had 54 years of accumulated paraphernalia that still needed to be removed from the home I was selling. Sadie was the angel who took care of it. She moved, sold, donated, or disposed of it all so we could have the Open House. Gone were the extra plants, dishes, clothes, couches, dining tables, 12 filing cabinets, chests, tools, and bookcases. hundreds of books, boards, hardware, rugs, and the car!

Sadie Guichard, what a fabulous transformation!  The selected colors are warm and complementary, and clearly consider this home is for a group of teenage boys. All the accessories – from the curtains and blinds to the framed sports photos and pillows – really add to the new “homey” atmosphere. And with the new configuration, the blinds remain open allowing the sunlight to filter through. And the television! It’s hard to get the kids away from it!
